While we can help you find any accommodations in the world, we specialize it two types of vacation rentals: Beach and Mountain
Beach Vacation Rentals
Beach vacation rentals are any vacation rental, such as a condominium, apartment, villa, or bungalow (yes, even a bungalow can be a vacation rental!) that are close to the beach.
By close, we mean within walking distance. Walking distance is no more than a mile, and typically less than a few hundred yards.
On the other hand, many vacation rentals we feature sit right on the sandy beaches themselves!
There are some vacation rentals that we choose to include that are more than walking distance.
The reason we include these is because of their exceptional value, exceptional quality, or exceptional location (in a downtown area, city center, or shopping district).
Florida Vacation Rentals
Florida is the largest geographic region we focus on for vacation rentals.
There are four major areas in Florida that we feature vacation rentals:
- Southern Florida
- Central Florida
- Northern Florida
- Florida Panhandle
Each area has it’s own unique charm and character.
Our suggestion to you is to visit each area in turn and really see what vacation rentals in Florida have to offer.
Hawaii Vacation Rentals
Ahh, Hawaii. These islands are truly magical.
Like Florida, each island has its own unique charm and character. To truly experience Hawaii will take you several trips, one at a different Hawaii vacation rental each time.
Other Beach Vacation Rentals
These include vacation rentals on other beaches around the United States.
The beaches may not necessarily be sandy beaches, warm weather beaches, or even ocean beaches.
Mountain Vacation Rentals
Mountain vacation rentals are those found in the higher elevations, in the mountains, typically close to (or right at) ski resorts.
Notice that we don’t call these “snow vacation rentals“, because during the summer months, mountain vacation rentals are some of the most relaxing, breathtaking, and adventurous vacation spots to be found.
